At STCO Digital, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Note: Certain items such as software, downloadable products, gift cards, and personal care electronics (e.g., headphones, grooming kits) may not be returnable for hygiene or licensing reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products showing signs of wear and tear, misuse, or physical damage

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@stcodigital.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping address.
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you, depending on the nature of the issue.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@stcodigital.com.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before the refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@stcodigital.com.
